Jan 11, 2017 · Sometime in the early 2000s Richelson wrote an NRO organization paper that discussed changes in the organization since the early 1990s. He apparently had some more recent org charts in that paper, but I don't have a copy and don't have a citation. Programs A, B and C were eliminated and replaced with Imint, Sigint, and Communications directorates.
