Houston Public Works employee Patrece Lee is charged with bribery after being accused of funneling department funds to a personal account.

On Friday, Patrece Lee, the former Houston water department manager made an appearance in the Probable Cause (P.C.) court Friday, where a judge set her bond at $460,000.

Patrece Lee pleaded guilty to bribery after she was charged with defrauding the City of Houston out of more than $700,000.

Patrece Lee, who has been charged with engaging in organized criminal activity, abuse of official capacity and four counts of bribery, has been in jail for two months. Her bond is set at $460,000.
