The Indianapolis Colts will be facing running back Nick Chubb twice this upcoming season, as he is signing a one-year deal to join the Houston Texans. Chubb was a second-round pick by the Browns in 2018 and had spent his entire career with Cleveland up until this point.

The last time Nick Chubb played and finished a full season healthy, he was a top-six running back overall in Fantasy Football scoring and top-eight in Fantasy points per game in all scoring formats. That was in 2022.

The addition of Chubb also means the Texans will face a roster crunch at the running back position soon. Chubb will be the fifth running back on a team that just spent a fourth-round pick on adding depth to the backfield, re-signed Dare Ogunbowale earlier in the offseason and signed Mixon to a three-year extension last year.
