Williams is an undrafted rookie who stands at 5-foot-9, but he's lightning quick and like Covey and Smith, he can be a return specialist for the Rams. He's still a long shot to make the team, given the depth Los Angeles has atop the depth chart, but he's someone who shouldn't be ruled out.
