Four-year-old Blessing Aoci was in the back seat of a vehicle when it was stolen early Thursday morning in Rock Island, Illinois, police said.

At a news conference Thursday, McCloud said that 4-year-old Blessing Aoci, who was reported to be missing in an SUV that was stolen on Jan. 16, was never in any danger.
