Drivers should prepare for overnight closures on I-5 and I-84 around the Marquam Bridge this week as part of ODOT's biennial bridge inspections.

The bill is a priority for Gov. Tina Kotek, who said it simplifies permitting and addresses other barriers to residential construction.
