MLB's No. 1 prospect Roman Anthony on Monday became the youngest Red Sox player to hit a home run since Rafael Devers, who Boston controversially traded to the San Francisco Giants on Sunday.

SEATTLE — Roman Anthony hit his first career major league home run in the first inning Monday. The 21-year-old, who is batting third in the Boston Red Sox lineup, belted a 391-foot home run to right field. It left his bat with a 104 mph exit velocity.
