A British national, Vishwash Kumar Ramesh, has been identified as the lone survivor of the devastating Air India plane crash near Ahmedabad, India's western cityThe Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner, en route to London,

It seemed impossible, but shortly after news broke that an Air India flight had crashed in the city of Ahmedabad, video started circulating on social media showing a man walking from the scene in a bloodstained shirt.

Vishwash Kumar Ramesh, a 40-year-old British national, is the only survivor of the Air India plane crash. He was returning to the UK with his brother.
