Clark returned from a five-game injury absence to lead her team to a 102-88 home victory against the defending champions, the New York Liberty. She torched a previously undefeated Liberty side with a season-high 32 points on 11-of-20 shooting, along with seven three-pointers, eight rebounds, nine assists, a steal and two blocks.

While out for three weeks with a quad strain, Caitlin Clark learned a lot about her team and things she doesn't necessarily see while running the offense.
