A man was found dead inside a home in southeast Portland and another man was detained on Sunday afternoon, according to the Portland Police Bureau.

Three people suffered only minor injuries when a small airplane crashed and caught fire near Sisters on Sunday morning, the Deschutes Co. Sheriff’s Office said.
