A fan of former Colorado quarterback Shedeur Sanders is suing the NFL after Sanders wasn’t picked until the fifth round of the 2025 NFL Draft. An unnamed fan in Georgia, who filed the lawsuit as “John Doe,” is suing the NFL for $100 million.

The fan, only identified as “John Doe,” filed a lawsuit in the U.S. Northern District of Georgia federal court on May 1.

It's now been two weeks since the Cleveland Browns drafted Shedeur Sanders 144th overall in the 2025 NFL Draft. After being snubbed 143 times previously, Sanders has a promise that he's made to the rest of the league.

The Minnesota Timberwolves have taken action against one fan who engaged in a back-and-forth with Draymond Green during Game 2 of their second-round playoff series against the Golden State Warriors.

The Minnesota Timberwolves said a fan was ejected from Thursday night's win over the Golden State Warriors due to "an incident involving Draymond Green," and another fan left of his own accord after making "racially charged comments" to Green.
