A Maryland judge denied the Trump administration's motion to delay the Kilmar Abrego Garcia deportation case again Wednesday, following a one-week delay she granted last week.

Maryland AG Anthony Brown said Trump attorneys are “playing dumb” on the U.S. Supreme Court ruling to facilitate the return of Kilmar Abrego Garcia.

President Donald Trump said in an interview with ABC News on Tuesday that he "could" have Kilmar Abrego Garcia returned to the U.S. with one phone call, even though the administration has argued in court that the government has no ability to get him back.
