Three highways in the White Mountains near eastern Arizona are set to reopen this week after being closed for the winter.

Winter weather was not done drenching metro Phoenix on Friday, dumping snow in northern Arizona and shutting down highways due to hazardous conditions, according to the National Weather Service.
