One has to think that this time, the Los Angeles Chargers will take a different approach to Diontae Johnson becoming available. Last time, in late December, the Chargers attempted to claim Johnson on the waiver wire right before the playoffs.

Diontae Johnson, who had a brief time with the Texans, was claimed by one of his previous teams (the Ravens) in what may be procedural move.

Johnson was reportedly upset in the locker room following the Texans' 32-12 wild-card victory over the Los Angeles Chargers on Jan. 11, with running back Joe Mixon and linebacker Azeez Al-Shaair trying to calm him. In the wild-card game, Johnson had one reception for 12 yards. He only played 15 of the possible 70 offensive snaps for the Texans.
