The claws were out on this morning’s episode of The View. Sunny Hostin sharply interrupted Alyssa Farah Griffin as she called out the New York Times for their lack of coverage on the possibility that COVID-19 stemmed from a lab leak in China.
Hostin made the claims less than ten minutes into Monday's episode, after her co-host Whoopi Goldberg observed she was raring to go.
The View is once again forging ahead without Whoopi Goldberg. As loyal viewers know by now, the show has been down a co-host since Tuesday (Jan. 21), when Joy Behar, Alyssa Farah Griffin, Sara Haines, Sunny Hostin and Ana Navarro returned from the three-day weekend with Goldberg nowhere in sight.

Though Goldberg’s opinion on Trump is clear, she didn’t seem as alarmed as Hostin. “As long as we are not sending troops into anybody else’s sovereign nation, then he can talk all he wants to. As long as there are no troops heading to Panama, to Greenland, to Canada… Mexico,” she said on the topic.
"I see this every day, all of these people capitulating to Trump and his dictatorial needs, and it’s just very, very bad I think."
Sunny Hostin's marriage to her husband could be in trouble over his ongoing legal drama that is yet to be resolved.
