Two workers were hurt in a scaffold collapse at a Chevron plant in Pasadena, one severely, falling 25 feet; details of the cause and third victim's status are unclear.

Pasadena Fire Marshal David Brannon says the incident occurred when the men, believed to be Chevron contractors, fell approximately 25 feet from scaffolding inside the plant. One of the men sustained severe injuries and was flown to the hospital, while the other two were taken by ambulance for treatment.
