The Republican Senate candidate points to clear rulings from the Pennsylvania Supreme Court that undated and incorrectly dated mail ballots should be rejected in this year’s election.

Election officials say 80,000 ballots remain to be counted then votes in all 67 counties will be tallied again.

The U.S. Senate race is going to an automatic recount, requiring already exhausted election officials to reprocess seven million ballots in under two weeks.
