ABC has picked up the reboot of "Scrubs" to series, with original stars Zach Braff, Donald Faison, and Sarah Chalke returning

ABC has officially ordered a Scrubs revival for the 2025–2026 season, with original stars Zach Braff, Sarah Chalke, and Donald Faison all returning to Sacred Heart Hospital
Zach Braff, Donald Faison and more are scrubbing back in. "Good Morning America" has confirmed that Braff and Faison are returning for the new " Scrubs " series. Sarah Chalke will also return to the series and join Braff and Faison as executive producers.

The other good news besides the straight-to-series order is that “Scrubs” star Donald Faison, Braff’s friend on and offscreen, is also going to be leading the show again as Christopher Turk. So is “Scrubs” original Sarah Chalke, who will reprise the role of Elliot Reid, with all three actors serving as executive producers.

The Scrubs reboot has officially been greenlighted, receiving a straight-to-series order from ABC. Stars Donald Faison and Sarah Chalke have closed deals to return in their original roles alongside Zach Braff, who signed on for the follow-up in May. All three will executive produce.
