Vanderbilt has indicated it plans to open a campus to house graduate-level business programs and facilities to study data and computer science and AI in Florida. Elkus Manfredi Architects envisioned what that campus could look like.

Vanderbilt University revealed the design of its West Palm Beach campus as it aims to raise $300 million to make this higher education dream a reality. The more than 300,000-square-foot campus was designed by Boston-based Elkus Manfredi Architects. The plans would put a Florida spin on elements of the private university’s Nashville campus.
