Earthbound Farms’ parent company, Taylor Farms, sent a statement to apologize for the slip-up. “On the package, it says three times washed, or something like triple washed,” she said.

It's named the Angora Frog Farm, and it's located across from the boat launch near Powell High School. Work on the park began after Arvin Brown and Sabra Brown donated around 14 acres of green space.

The story of Angora Frog Farm and Dog Park began many years ago, when Horace Brown, a mail clerk on the L&N Railway, decided to name his farm a little more creatively than others in the area.

And neighboring flower farms aren’t a frog magnet. The guests at the frog hotel are the Pacific tree frog. It is Washington’s most common frog species, and grows up to 2 inches in length.

Certified organic in 2006, Old Frog Pond Farm’s mission is to feed the heart and nourish the Earth. Throughout the year, it offers pick-your-own apples, raspberries and blueberries.
