Some Kendrick Lamar fans may not realize that his legendary 2024 beef with Canadian rapper Drake began in 2013 with another surprise guest feature.

Drake and PARTYNEXTDOOR debuted at No. 1 last month, marking Drake’s 14th chart-topping album and PND’s first. Despite the back-and-forth on the charts, Lamar’s GNX remains one of the most successful projects of 2024 and this year thus far, racking up 103,000,000 streams just this week.
