Despite his recent firing from North Carolina, former Texas Longhorns head coach Mack Brown holds no ill-will toward the Tarheels.

Mack Brown is back living in Texas during the winter and through the spring and plans to spend the summer at the family’s home in the North Carolina mountains.

Mack Brown says he is at peace after some "frustration" with his departure from North Carolina and hopes the program does well under new coach Bill Belichick.

The Texas Longhorns baseball program will have to wait a few more days for the home debut of head coach Jim Schlossnagle at UFCU Disch-Falk Field. The team announced that Tuesday night's game against the Houston Cougars has officially been cancelled due to inclement weather in the Austin area.

The game was originally scheduled for 6:30 p.m., then moved up an hour to 5:30 p.m. in hopes of beating the rain and plummeting temperatures. Mother Nature had other plans, however, and rain stuck around the Austin area for most of the afternoon.
