Upgrading a Qatar-donated 747 into a new Air Force One would take a large sum of money and years to complete, aviation experts said.

The Qatari luxury Boeing 747 did not come up during brief remarks celebrating the separate deal between Boeing and Qatar Airways.

You’d think that no one needs a new jet less than Donald Trump, who already not only owns his own customized Boeing 757, but also as president has free use of a pair of heavily modified 747 jumbo jets that collectively make up Air Force One.
