New York City is expected to get widespread, measurable snow Sunday, with areas north and west of the city primed for up to a foot of snow. We won’t see that much snow in the immediate New York City metro area,

The weather starts to warm up today around NYC, but rain, snow and dangerously cold temperatures are on the way.

Big changes are coming over the weekend. A front will usher in our coldest weather in 2 years with below zero wind chills and the potential for some snow. Expect some rain Saturday afternoon followed by a chance for snow later Sunday as the bitter cold arrives.

No injuries were reported after an accident left a New York City bus hanging precariously over the edge of a stone wall by a Bronx overpass

The express commuter bus missed a turn on the route that travels between Manhattan and the Bronx. The driver, the sole occupant of the bus, was not injured.
