Memphis Grizzlies star Ja Morant has deactivated his X social media account, formerly Twitter, amid criticism of his recent play.

Ja Morant finished the loss with ten points, five rebounds and two assists while shooting 5/13 from the field. After the game, fans noticed that the superstar point guard deactivated his X account. Via @GrizzlyMuse: "Ja has deactivated Twitter.

Ja Morant struggled for most of Saturday night before putting the Minnesota Timberwolves away late in the fourth quarter.

The Memphis Grizzlies have an enforcer in Zach Edey, and his teammates love it. Scotty Pippen Jr. said: "He's got everyone's back."

Grizzlies head coach Taylor Jenkins gave an update on Morant's injury after they ruled him out of Friday's contest due to right foot soreness. "He's been nursing a foot sprain since the Houston home game," Jenkins said. "Last game against the Spurs, he got tangled up, had a little collision there with a Spurs player that really worsened it."
