Actress Chanel Maya Banks, who had been missing since Oct. 30, has been found safe, the LAPD told ABC News. But at least one family member remained skeptical that she was located.

Law enforcement told TMZ that the “Gossip Girl” actress was found safe and sound and they do not suspect foul play was involved in her disappearance.
