Massive crowds gathered in Cal Anderson Park, aboard a state ferry and at the state Capitol to denounce the hard-line policies of President Donald Trump.

Protesters marched from Cal Anderson Park in the Capitol Hill neighborhood down to the Henry M. Jackson Federal Building in downtown Seattle, with chants directed at ICE, drums, and signs that read “no one is illegal on stolen land,” “ICE melts in hell" and other more explicit signage.

Millions of Americans across the country gathered over the weekend in support of “No Kings Day”, a nationwide protest against the Trump Administration. Marches were planned to contrast with a military parade at the nation’s capital, commemorating the 250th anniversary of the Army. The events also coincided with President Trump’s birthday.

Demonstrators gathered in communities large and small. Many events on the East Coast have ended, but police clashed with some protesters in L.A.
