Staff at Universal and RWS were so lovely and helpful. Lynn who was doing the Puss and Boots Ride on the day that we were there was a standout. Definitely recommend!Full review by Oliver S

Hello, I live in France and I will come to Singapore in 10 days. I would like to visit the universal studios but I have a disabled card because I cannot stand for long, what are the plans for queues?

Sorry but I cannot help you with this. The queues are very long for many rides. You may need to pay for a jump the queue ticket.
Accidentally booked 5 adult tickets instead of 2 adult and 3 kids since in there app there is no option to select kids. Klook wont refund or change the booking. Can my kids (5y/o, 8 y/o and 12y/o) still use the tickets?
