Although it was allowed at one time, it's not anymore. They did say you could dangle your feet in the water but we weren't sure how that was possible except maybe sitting over the bridge.
Would this be a good location to propose? If so, what are the best views/spots here to do it? Is there a way to capture the moment on camera? Place looks amazing!
